Hotel was absolutely fabulous, we truly enjoyed this place.

Everything was fantastic, so were GREAT views on the mountains. Handy and comfy location, close to a train station, exactly where we wanted to be.

We loved our room with its modern furnishings, including a microwave, a safe, and a sofa bed, plus a spacious bed and a bathtub.

the contactless check-in process at Blackhome Innsbruck City East I was seamless, making everything easy and convenient. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a small kitchenette that came in very handy. the location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the Alps and the stadium just across the streets. It was a great place for a leisurely walk, and there were plenty of markets and shops nearby. The local transportation options were right at our doorstep, making it easy to explore the city. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The first thing that caught my eye was the beautiful black design of the building, it really stood out. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a very nice balcony where I could enjoy the view. The virtual reception worked perfectly for me, I received quick responses to all my questions. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, it was close to the center of Schwaz and conveniently located near a loud intersection, which made it easy to explore the city.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I can't think of anything that could be improved.

This hotel provided a convenient location for exploring the city with its prime spot that was just across the street from many attractions in the downtown area. Additionally, it was relatively near to public transport making it easy to get around. The cleanliness was superb with daily room cleaning service. The hotel facilities were modern and equipped with everything I needed including a kitchen corner with a microwave, dishwasher machine, nespresso coffee maker and kettle. Lastly, the parking was free and available overnight just about 100 meters away from the hotel.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The hotel is beautiful, with all the facilities you need inside. The rooms are clean and easy to access with the contactless check-in. The staff provided basic amenities and were attentive to detail.

There were a few minor issues, but overall, everything was okay.

The location of this property was very convenient for exploring the city center, as it was quite close to the center of town and close to public transport. the balcony and surroundings were very pleasing to the eye, providing a nice view. the kitchenette was equipped with all necessary utensils and equipment.

The kitchen and bathroom were a bit dimly lit, making it difficult to see things properly.
